*No appointment needed, once you create an account you can "drop-in" whenever you need office space. Create an account online (https://mission50.spaces.nexudus.com/en/SignUp) or at the front of the office on our iPad kiosk and "drop-in" whenever needed.

Also included; Wireless or hard wired internet access, availability to print/copy/fax/scan machine via our cloud printing solution, availability of coffee or tea via our Keurig single cup vending machine. Member can stay beyond Normal Business Hours to work, but can't re-access the space as it locks electronically at 6pm.

Day passes remain in your account during the expiration period and can be viewed and used by logging into your Mission 50 Workspaces online account.

All Meeting Rooms can accommodate more people than listed above depending on seating arrangements. Please contact a Mission 50 administrator.

Seminar Room set up arrangements must be no less than 24 hours prior to booking and authorized by a Mission 50 Administrator.

A phone can be provided at an additional charge, please speak with a Mission 50 administrator.

Mission 50 only supplies VGA connection, so if you are using a MAC please be sure to bring the proper VGA to MAC converter.


Shipyards Conference Room Cancellation Policy

Cancellation request must be made at a minimum of 2 hours prior to the slotted conference room time - with no cancellation fee. Any cancellation request made less than 2 hours prior to the slotted conference room time will be subject to full charges.

Executive Conference Room Cancellation Policy

Cancellation request must be made at a minimum of 24 hours prior to the slotted conference room time - with no cancellation fee. Any cancellation request made less than 24 hours prior to the slotted conference room time will be subject to full charges.

Drop-In Members can buy a Full Day Pass (8 hours) or Half Day Pass (4 hours). Discounted bulk packages for Full Day Passes are available; 30 Full Day Passes for $599.00 expiring in 4 months from the date of purchase or a 60 Full Day Passes expiring 9 months from the date of purchase.

Conference Rooms rent from $15 per hour and up.

Working on-site at Mission 50 is simple. Purchase a Day Pass through your online account and then click the "check in" button, to activate the pass for that day. Activating your Day Pass can be done remotely or upon arrival using the iPad located in the entrance of Mission 50 Workspaces. Upon arrival there is no need to announce yourself to anyone and there is always space available. If you need to assure access to a private space, just schedule one of the Conference Rooms in real time using the booking calendar, either remotely in advance or on demand while at the space.

Also included; Wireless or hard wired internet access, availability to print/copy/fax/scan machine via our cloud printing solution, availability of coffee or tea via our Keurig single cup vending machine. Access is valid during Normal Business Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm. Member can stay beyond Normal Business Hours to work, but can't re-access the space as it locks electronically at 6pm.
